Correspondence

 

All correspondence with The Resourceful State is kept private and confidential. This includes any correspondence via email, letter, fax and phone.

 

Client information

 

We conform to the highest ethical practises regarding our client's information. All information shared within client sessions is highly confidential. I practise strictly according to the ethical guidelines of the BACP  (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) of which I am a full member. I am also a member of ANLP (Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming), the TLTA (Time Line Therapy

Association) and ISMHO, The International Society for Mental health Online.

 

Payment information

 

All client account and billing information is confidential. At present we use World Pay Ltd. to process payment. As such we do not receive information from the payment method - i.e. credit card numbers. Your credit card details are not seen by us, and so not stored or kept anywhere within our company.
